Attero Tech AES67 and Dante-enabled products are designed for compatibility with QSC Q-SYS Core DSP solutions. In addition to AES67 and Dante network audio compatibility, Attero Tech has developed control plugins for Q-SYS Designer DSP software.

Configure, control and monitor these Attero Tech devices inside of Q-SYS Designer without ever needing additional software.

All Attero Tech device plugins are available through Q-SYS Designer's Asset Manager. The Asset Manager can be accessed directly through the Q-SYS Designer software.  You can find out more about the latest version of Designer and download the software here

Q-SYS Designer Asset Manager provides a web-hosted “feed” of all QSC authored and moderated plugins from within the Q-SYS Designer Software, enabling users to quickly install, update, and manage these files. Through the asset manager, Attero Tech will release new plugins as soon as they are complete, rather than waiting for the next version of Q-SYS Designer Software to become available.

Important Note: License activation is required to deploy a design with plugins, scripting elements, or user control interfaces onto a Q-SYS Core processor. Please contact your QSC sales representative to purchase QSC Feature Licenses and learn how to deploy new feature licenses here.

FIRMWARE COMPATIBILITY NOTE

Products can be ordered with different control interface options to support an integrated system's control requirements. To specify a specific control interface, note the required product suffix as follows:

SuffixInterfaceCompatible Devices/Systems
900-xxxxx-yy-U
3rd Party UDPQSC Q-SYS, Crestron, AMX, any UDP capable device
900-xxxxx-yy-BBiampDante™ enabled Tesira audio DSPs
900-xxxxx-yy-CSymetrixSymetrix Radius DSP

During use, the type of control interface for an active device can be identified with unIFY Control Panel application. The command interface type is shown in the selected device's popup context menu by right clicking on the device name in the list of available device.

If for any reason the command interface of a device needs to be changed to allow for control integration in the intended system, it can be re-programmed using the Smart Firmware Update utility found within unIFY Control Panel v2.3.0 and newer.

Simply select the desired SFU update file, then the application will show the matching products in the system.  Then simply select -U or -C and press Apply to alter the control interface type.
